Eames Vintage Collection

Going to JF Chen’s Warehouse, in L.A, is an ‘experience’. It’s probably one of the best collections of antiques and modern pieces around, definitely the most inspiring I’ve seen.

When I was there recently, Ann Hathaway walked in with her designer, stood next to me and I over heard her say – ‘I love it all, this is home’…. But it was the Herman Miller Eames collection that I was in love with.

JF Cheng has the worlds biggest personal collection of Eames pieces, which is now on show in his warehouse (not for sale)– including prototypes never put into production and finishes never seen before. I was wowed.
